To get into the camp you will either need to kill A sentry scowls at you or be a Numenorean yourself. All of the other people in this camp are agressive towards most free races (elves and short people mostly) and anyone with a moral alignment so you may have to disguise.

An agitated corsair deckhand searching the room will thank you and give you your reward. He will then become A corsair deckhand getting ready for bed.
