Find a secret hall and obtain a deadly dagger.
The twilight dagger.
Find a secret exit, then follow the hallway to a hidden hall. Kill the wielder of the dagger there to obtain it.
The twilight dagger is an extremely powerful weapon for assassins. If you backstab someone using this dagger then you will deal much more damage than normal.
First complete Mordor: Silver Skull Earring (You don't have to kill the rat, but you will need to be in The bedroom).

You will now need to give A huge ugly orc guard another 10 gold in order to pass him.
do give 10 gold to orc,pull east torch,d,2n
Here you will find Nenosok, the lady assassin. If you wait too long before attacking she will backstab you. Once you attack her she will lock the door, if you need to heal after this you can go into the fireplace however only one person can fit in there at a time.
kill nenosok
When she is dead you will get your quest point.
do get dagger from corpse,get key from corpse
This will give you A skull key.
do unlock south door with skull key,drop skull key,2s,u,search walls
This will leave you back in The guard room with A huge ugly orc guard.
