Find a way into the house, then help the old man recover his family heirloom.
If you are of an evil alignment you will not have to kill any of the Filthy orc, so you can skip those fights. I will assume that you do need to kill them here.

When the next Filthy orc is dead.

When Paunchy orc is dead.
do get staff from corpse of krunek,hallway,stairs,yank plank,cellar,give staff to brytan
Brytan will thank you and then after a short scene give you your reward and quest point.
